Three people from Oakley were injured in a rollover accident at 2:05 Sunday in Gove County.

According to the Kansas High Patrol crash log, the SUV driven by 31-year-old Justin Deges was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 when the unit being towed began to sway. That caused Deges to enter the south ditch near Highway 40 and caused the vehicle overturned one time.

Samantha Iversen, 31, and Aubri Iversen, 11, were passengers in the car. All three were taken to Logan County Hospital.

KHP reports that the two adults were not wearing seat belts while Aubri was properly restrained.
