Sex Ed Consent Bill Gets State House Hearing

The state House Education Committee considers a bill requiring schools to get parental consent before teaching sex ed to students. Those districts would also have to let the parents see the materials that’ll be taught. An identical bill cleared committee last year
but died on the floor of the state House.
