Sentencing Delayed In Fraud Case Involving Colby Bank

Sentencing is being pushed back for a former Kansas state legislator who pleaded guilty in May to defrauding Farmers & Merchants Bank out of more than $400,000. Trent LeDoux applied for three loans and told the bank he was going to use all of the money to buy cattle, but instead used it to pay off debts and make contributions to his campaign.
