Rural Opportunity Zone Program Expands

Four more counties are added to the Rural Opportunity Zones program in Kansas. Cherokee, Labette, Montgomery and Sumner counties join that program, which allows new residents to have their state income taxes waived for up to five years. 77 counties in Kansas are now part of that program aimed at increasing the population.
