Record heat on the high plains, with the National Weather Service reporting an unofficial high of 102 at Tribune yesterday, breaking the old record by one degree. That mark dated back to 1995. In Burlington Colorado the official high reached 100, tying the 54-year old record. Cooler weather is back in the picture through the weekend.
