Regents Approve Tuition Increases

Tuition rates are headed up at the six state universities now that the Kansas Board of Regents approved tuition proposals. In-state undergrads will have to pay 2.5% more at Fort Hays State on the low end, compared to a 5.7% increase at K-State/Salina. The board’s chairman claims these are the lowest overall tuition increases in thirteen years.
