Permit-less Concealed Carry Could Come To Kansas

Kansas legislators are likely to consider allowing people to carry concealed firearms without a permit. 26 of the 40 members of the state Senate introduced a bill to do away with the permit, with several sponsors noting you don’t have to have a permit to carry a gun out in the open. Kansas has issued concealed carry permits since 2007.
