HAYS, Kan — Behind two top-15 finishers the Oakley Lady Plainsmen Golf team finished fifth at the Hays-TMP Invitational.
Jordan Lowrie led the way for Oakley placing third behind a 96. Leanna Huddle was the other top finisher taking 11th place shooting a 103.
Other Oakley golfers included Taylor Maxfield shooting a 123 for finish 37th. Sydney Ryan took 52nd with 137 and Ainslee Wolf shot a 147 to place 54th.
Wamego won the tournament shooting a 395. Concordia’s Abby Donovan shot the lowest individual score with an 85.
Oakley & other area golf teams will be competing to going to state at regionals in Hugoton this coming Monday.
