No Liquor Vote In Clay County

A campaign to allow a public vote on liquor by the drink in Clay County has again fallen short. Supporters have for the third time failed to turn in a petition with enough valid signatures. Clay is one of 13 Kansas counties that don’t allow restaurants to serve liquor by the drink.
