A crash in Ness County leaves a man dead. The KHP reports he lost control of his vehicle on X road, just north of K-96, hitting an embankment, rolling, and ejecting him from. He did not have a seat belt on at the time.

A pair of earthquakes, felt in southern Kansas. Both were centered in Harper County, magnitude 2.9. The quakes were only about a mile apart and separated by just five minutes. No reports of damage or injuries.
The father of a black man who was shot to death by police in Topeka will view body camera footage of the incident. The city had argued Kansas law only lets an administrator or that man’s young children view the footage, and a state court judge responded by naming that man’s father a special administrator for the estate. The shooting happened late in September at a park in Topeka.
Pizza Hut offers $10-thousand for information in the death of one of its drivers in Wichita last month. The delivery man’s body was found in the trunk of his car. He’d been shot. Investigators admit they don’t have much to go on.
