Legislature To Consider Concealed Carry Bill

The Kansas Senate is expected to take up a bill later this week letting people 21 or older carry a concealed gun without a permit from the state. The proposal cleared a committee last week. It’s already legal to carry a gun without a license as long as its out in the open.
