LeDoux sentenced to 18 months

A former Kansas legislator gets 18 months behind bars for defrauding a bank to help fund his political activities. Former Republican state Rep. Trent LeDoux had already pled guilty last spring to getting loans from Farmers & Merchants Bank in Colby to buy cattle, then putting the money toward his campaign and personal debt. LeDoux is also on the hook for nearly half a million in restitution.
