Today’s the day the Kansas Supreme Court will hear arguments surrounding Chad Taylor’s bid to get his name pulled off the ballot in the race for U.S. Senate. The Democrat’s withdrawal letter didn’t specifically say he couldn’t do the job if elected, and Secretary of State Kris Kobach argues that’s a requirement to drop out. Kobach is fighting to keep Taylor on the ballot, and is supporting Republican Pat Roberts in the race.
