Kansas Pushes Forward With Water Plan

The state is moving forward on a plan for the state‚Äôs long-term water supply. The more ambitious parts include dredging state lakes and possibly building an aqueduct from the Missouri River to western Kansas. That last one is considered somewhat of a long shot, since it’s not only expensive but would require cooperation from other states.
