Kansas Open Carry Law Kicks In

The new Kansas gun law kicks in today, letting owners carry their firearms in public. It has to be in a holster, in a sling or in your hand. Businesses can prohibit guns in their buildings. The new law doesn’t stop anyone from openly carrying firearms in the statehouse in Topeka.
