Kansas Collects Millions In Back Child Support, Welfare Fraud

Kansas got about $32 million last year from a federal program that helps states collect money from people behind on child support or cheating welfare. The state plans to join a part of the program that helps recover unemployment money that shouldn’t have been paid out, so Kansas could end up getting more money down the road.
