Goodland Police statement about potential threat at NW Tech

The following is press release from the Goodland Police Department:

On October 2, 2015, at approximately 0716 hours, the Goodland Police Department was called to investigate a possible criminal threat against Northwest Kansas Technical College staff. A student had reported a third party threat to staff who then reported it to law enforcement. It was then recommended that classes be called off so that the Goodland Police Department could investigate the validity of the threat.

An investigation was started immediately by the Goodland Police Department. Through this investigation it was determined that no probably cause existed for criminal charges.
