Goodland Man Faces Rape, Other Charges

A man is in jail in Goodland, facing a series of sex charges. Brian Luther faces multiple counts of Rape, Indecent Liberties with a Child, Criminal Sodomy, plus Aggravated Indecent Liberties and Aggravated Sodomy. He’s being held on $100,000 bond.
