Fourteen Apply For KS Supreme Court Seat

Fourteen people throw their hats in the ring in a bid to get a single seat on the Kansas Supreme Court. One of them is Judge Caleb Stegall, a former aide to Governor Brownback, who is now on the state Court of Appeals. Thirteen other people applied for the seat Justice Nancy Moritz is leaving as she takes a spot on the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.
