It’d been offered and accepted; now there’s formal approval of Seth Carter as the next president at Colby Community College. The board has now given the final thumbs-up, clearing the way for Carter to start March 2nd. Carter is finishing his doctorate through Baker
University, and was most recently Associate Director for Career and Technical Education with the Kansas Board of Regents.
