Eastern Kansas still has flooding issues

Flooding remains a major concern in parts of Kansas, particularly the eastern and southeastern sections of the state. Water levels keep rising along the Neosho River near Parsons, which was already 3 feet above flood stage as of yesterday afternoon. Roads and farmland have also been flooded as a result of all the rain.
