Cowgirl Golf Wins Colby Invitational

COLBY, Kan — With four of their top five golfers placing inside the top ten the Goodland Cowgirl golf team won the Colby Golf Invitational at Meadow Lake Golf Club on Monday.

Shooting a combined team score of 508, the teams lowest of the season, Goodland won their fifth tournament in a row to start the year.

Kerrigan Rudolph led the Cowgirls again with an 80.  She was also the overall winner individually.  Colby Jett Perryman shot a 96 and took 5th. Peyton Belden also shot a 96 for 6th place.  Brooke Livengood shot a 97 for 8th place.  Briana Woodrow shot a 139.
Goodland and other area teams compete at the Holcomb Invite today at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City.
