Court: KS, AZ Laws May Not Be Reflected On Voter Forms

A federal appeals court in Denver is suggesting a partisan impasse in Congress may keep Kansas as well as Arizona from getting federal elections officials to help them impose proof-of-citizenship requirements on voter registration forms. The two states sued the Elections Assistance Commission after the agency refused to change the federal voting registration forms.
