Concealed Carry Measure Clears Legislature

The state legislature gives final approval to a bill letting people carry concealed guns without a permit. The proposal also eliminates the requirement that people get eight hours of training before being allowed to carry a concealed firearm. The governor is expected to sign the bill, making Kansas the fifth state allowing concealed carry without a permit.
