Colorado man pleads guilty to flying pot into Kansas

A Colorado man accused of bringing more than 200 pounds of marijuana into Kansas aboard his small plane has pleaded guilty to a possession charge. Kenneth Weaver of Denver had to forfeit the plane and about $460,000 in cash following his arrest. He’s facing a year in prison. Weaver landed the plane at the Iola airport last July.
