Colby Murder Convict Seeks Reduced Sentence

A Colby man convicted of murdering his fiancee in 1997 is waiting to hear if he’ll get executive clemency. That would get him a shorter sentence, or out of prison entirely. Tod Pabst applied for executive clemency earlier in the month, and it’s now being reviewed after the public comment period closed.
