A man wanted for a sexual assault in Hays is under arrest in Colorado.  Authorities apprehended 23-year-old Tre Carrasco this week in Aurora, Colorado.  Carrasco is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman near the Fort Hays State University Campus on February 3rd, just two days after he was released from jail.  He faces two counts of rape and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon....
