A Kansas House candidate is facing criticism for a Facebook post that joked about black fathers. Republican Cordell Fischer says his wife tagged him in the post and that it wasn’t supposed to be public. The post featured a Darth Vader photo with the caption, “FIRST BLACK GUY TO ADMIT HE IS THE FATHER.”
