Brownback: KS To Fight Wage Rule

Governor Brownback has a news conference today to outline his administration’s plans to fight a federal labor rule targeting domestic service workers. That rule kicks in next year and would cover workers in the home under federal wage and overtime rules. The state argues that would increase the cost of home-based health services.
