From the National Weather Service in Goodland as of 3:07pm:

A Blizzard Warning continues for the tri-state region. Freezing drizzle will transition to all snow from west to east through the late afternoon and evening. Through the overnight and early morning hours, moderate to locally heavy snowfall is expected across the region along with north winds gusting as high as 50 mph. This will produce widespread blizzard conditions. Snowfall will diminish from west to east during the day on Monday, with blizzard conditions continuing through Monday morning mainly east of Highway 25.

Here is a look at a general timeline for the winter storm.
