A national gun-control group is planning to challenge a Kansas law declaring that the federal government has no authority to regulate guns that are manufactured, sold and kept here. The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence promises it’ll file a federal lawsuit tomorrow against the state law. It dates back to last year and makes it a felony for any federal worker or agent to try to enforce a federal regulation or treaty when it comes to Kansas-only guns as well as ammunition and accessories.
