Accomplice in failed bombing attempt released to parents

A Topeka man charged as an accomplice in an alleged Fort Riley suicide bombing plot will be released to his parents’ custody. His attorney argued his client wasn’t a flight risk because he doesn’t have a car or much money to speak of. He’s accused of loaning money to the man who allegedly tried to arm a dummy explosive at Fort Riley.
