The Pickin’ on the Plains Bluegrass Festival Committee hosted a gospel show Sunday afternoon at the Northwest Kansas Cultural Arts Center at Colby Community College. It served as a tribute to Veterans.
Local talent from across northwest Kansas performed a two-hour concert that was capped off with the “Armed Forces Anthem” and “God Bless America.”

The event honored veterans and served as a fund-raiser for the 18th Annual Pickin’ on the Plains Bluegrass Festival that will be held the 3rd weekend in July.
