Orman Submits Signatures For Senate Bid

The race for U.S. Senate from Kansas may have just gotten a bit more crowded. Greg Orman, a businessman from Olathe, is turning in signatures to the secretary of state’s office today, and if he has enough, he’d go on the ballot as an independent this November. Kansas law requires an independent running for statewide office to collect 5,000 signatures to get on the ballot.
